I've been getting my Baked & Delicious baking magazines for some time now. Every couple of weeks I get two new issues with new silicone moulds or baking tools for less than a tenner. I decided to finally have a go at using one of my new "toys" and I invited Ryan to "help" to make star-shaped fairy cakes.
He loves doing all the mixing and adding ingredients and Daddy even helped him do the scooping into the moulds since the mixture was a bit more watery than usual.
We chatted while we made them and I kept referencing them as fairy cakes, which is what the British sometimes call cupcakes, but Ryan insisted they were pancakes.
